The webinar could have been great but it was too much information in too long of a time period. I needs to be broken into 1 or 2 hour webinars for the information to be retained and used. The sound was a little bad but more than that when you are working with computer programs you need to be able to use the program to retain it, it was simply too much to be able to use.
