The webinar was timely and provided useful information for folks dealing with clients who are applying for R&D Tax Credits. Crystal's presentation style was very good, as was her knowledge of the subject. The Zoom link from the reminder email I received accessed the correct webinar. Unfortunately again, the "Join Webinar" link under the Live Webinar area of my dashboard sent me to an Enrolled Agent course.
