Good content, but it was a lot to take in during one sitting. It may have helped to break it up a little. Or break it into two classes one as a beginner/introductory level course covering introductory concepts and then one that gets a little more into the nuances.

Handout would not open. Final exam had some questions with duplicate answers and restarted for me when 95% complete so I had to retake the entire thing. Otherwise, content and instructor were great.

overall give it positive rating. it was a good course and good instructor, she is a knowledgeable instructor on the topic. as constructive advice, I would have preferred she used a case study of a specific (typical hypothetical) case to fill out the forms, instead of reading form lines and titles, and showing how schedule feed together with data.
