The course started with a good outline, but I feel the content didn't completely fulfill that expectation. There was a lot of emphasis on constant review and audit to make sure that your are following payroll requirements. With that much emphasis on "look it up", it might have been helpful to show an example of "looking it up". There were a lot of outlines, but it would help to show actual info. Show an outline from a website that you have to "look it up".
