Instructor did a good job presenting the topic, but the "live webinar" was prerecorded from 2021. It is now March 2023. Examples used in the training were mostly from 2020. myCPE needs to make this a true "live webinar" or at least rerecord the training for the present time.

This webinar was good information on interviewing knowledge and techniques. Much of it was a good review with a few new ideas presented.
