I always appreciate this provider's courses, he goes into detail about what is currently happening and posts the articles so that you can read up more on the specific case/happening if you want to do so. He always explains his personal experience with any of the subjects and what he has seen in the real world in the course of investigations.

This course was good. To the point and easy to listen to and absorb the content.

The session was overall good, but I was disappointed on the coverage of the income method. The presenter only showed formulas, but no examples. The best way for me to understand a concept is to see examples. For example - the CAPM formula - just going through an example with numbers that might currently apply would have been super helpful. Also showing a example of a completed appraisal would have been helpful. I ended up going to the internet to see examples of both. Because of this, I didn't get much out of that section.
