The instructor made the topic fun and interesting with many real life examples.

The speaker was a bit muffled - I am not sure he had a great microphone. I thought he was very knowledgable and effectively communicated the material but it was hard to understand him at times.

The presenter kept me very engaged during his entire presentation because he wasn't reading from a script and expanded the conversation through sharing many examples of real life situations. MyCPE should keep this individual for future CPE courses!
