This was my first course with MyCPE One. It was very easy to register and access the training. Starting and stopping was no issue. The materials were professional and organized. The trainer was knowledgeable in the subject and taught it in a way that is easy to understood. I look forward to more trainings.

Robert Minniti again is an excellent instructor who provide clear examples and logic. If you want an example of a US federal civil servant being retaliated, try a Washington DC bureaucrat transferred to Pueblo, Colorado. Robert Minniti is a big reason why a renew with My-CPE.com. On the bad side, the IT side was horrible. After the video, I did not receive my quiz. The quiz already had the answer diplayed. And it was not clear how to navigate from quiz to final exam. I am still waiting for your customer help desk to send email that the My-CPE system had corrected itself and sent me the quiz link.
