Dr. Minniti did a great job providing context around cybersecurity, including a comprehensive overview of threat landscape. The illustrations and analytics provided, perpetuated a nice canvas to discuss NIST CSF 2.0, identifying opportunities to use the framework to build cybersecurity resilience. Really great presentation!

Overall excellent overview of Customer Fraud. The presented provided excellent examples, statistics, and background of Customer Fraud. Perhaps the only critic would be the 'Combatting' part did not occur until the end of the sessions when time was short. But overall, would recommend it for anyone needing background or a refresher in consumer fraud.
