A lot of what was shared I may have already known. I do think some of the opinions of the speaker were that, opinions. I also think some of the methods of controls should be evaluated for remote work environments, and speaking directly to those controls. Additionally, the SOC discussion would be helpful if you/your organization is providing a service, not that you are being providED the service, as always the example of a payroll provider. Thanks for the time.

Dr. Minniti, was wonderful, easy to understand and was able to give us a understanding the basic of "who" has a filing requirement and consequences of not doing so.

this was great. I am in this space a lot and I want to make sure I am current. Unfortunately there are many companies that are not responsive enough to these threats especially in the private equity space.
