Presenter read the slides almost verbatim. Content was fine but really centered on publicly traded companies. There are many private equity companies that go through similar/same processes which contemplating an acquisition. Overall the webinar was ok.

I found the experience to be good. This particular class was interesting at the beginning but got a bit slow towards the end. However, it was still very insightful.
