I was hoping for more specific examples of formulas and models and how to apply. A little less why and more how to do it.

A lot of the info was very basic. The discussion toward the end about how to use the ratios for decision making was more helpful. Also would have been beneficial to show an actual example of adjusting the rations for nonrecurring events and seasonality

Maybe too much information for a one hour class. Lots of great info, but I would suggest moving it to a one and one-half hour class or even two hours.
