The presenter did a great job on this S Corporation course and spent a lot of time dealing with the difficult task of tracking owners basis amounts. I was happy he did a really good job on the basis tracking among other things regarding the form 1120S form and schedule K-1.

Good presentation of facts and ideas but some actual illustrations would be a very useful addition

I like this presenter better than others. Would have liked to see specific examples right in Copilot rather than just describing. Though this was a little too high level for the intended audience but I picked up a few things and this instructor was easy to understand and listen too compared to some of the recent MyCPE instructors I've been dealing with (and then deciding not to deal within the first 10 minutes of the CPE!)
