Great course. I would love to have a corporate tax course that focuses on the fundamentals of the tax return filing not linked to a software.

It was a very good job explaining the basics of corporate return preparation. Since I have extensive experience in all facets of taxation it was a little to basic. Also, I use UltraTax not Lacerte.
