The instructor, Gregory Holzel did an excellent job presenting Foundations for Partnership Tax Returns (1065). The objectives covered during the presentation included: Partnership Structure; Schedule K-1; Financial Statements; Schedules for filing 1065; Each topic was presented clearly, and thoroughly and made the stated objectives easy to grasp. This was my first class with this instructor, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Kudos!!!
