The video quality was lacking, it kept going in and out of focus. Other than that, it was a great course.

I only received one quiz question during the webinar and had to exit and refresh multiple times to get the other quiz questions and the final quiz to load. I thought the information was good and clearly presented.

Presents information clearly with relevant examples, however I did find similar content covered in Ilene's Humour, Humility, Resilience and other Key Skills you need as a Leader. Perhaps do not include these two sessions as a recommended package together.
