Ms. Slatko is an accomplished presenter. She established a conceptual framework for the estate and trust issue including a very comprehendible and thorough explanation of per stirpes and per capita clauses in wills. One suggestion is that she spend more time on AB marital trusts, not only in explanation but also application. The time allotted was too short for such an important area. Not a Biden style explanation, but a bit confusing, was her narrative on the AB trust area. On balance, a VERY well-done narrative. I will look forward to updates on her first 7 in the series.
