The session was very informative and definitely addressed important points and 'how to' processes. As the subject matter and reporting requirements addressed for this topic are vast and complex this information probably should be handled in a 2 part series permitting better retention of the procedures and better understanding of the subject matter. Still given the task and time constraints the session was still beneficial.

The instructor is excellent and explains difficult concepts with ease breaking them down to lay terms. Just one minor issue, I could not read the PDF's on my Kindle because they are prohibited on e-readers. The handout documents are too lengthy for my computer and I would like to have them on my e-reader since they are in fact e-books.

The course was excellent on all levels. The presentation was easy to follow and understand. Explanations of even the most difficult topics were were effective. And the .pdf handout will make for both an excellent learning tool and a resource when dealing with s-corp returns.
