hands down the best course taken through my CPE - reference guide is outstanding resource for post course research - presenter knows his topic and does a great job weaving tax law into practical applications - uses tax forms but only to demonstrate application of law not to teach it - will search for other courses by this presenter

Professor Garverick's Passive Activity and Rental Real Estate lecture was my first experience with my-cpe's materials. This format was much more helpful in advancing my knowledge base compared to other CE materials. Pat's materials were well organized. The video was six hours, but the subject matter was presented with structure and helpful examples.

This was by far the best 1040 workshop I have ever taken. The material and resources are very helpful and easy to follow. I enjoyed the presentation style of the instructor, he presented the material in a way that was easy to understand.
