I would have given it a higher grade, but the connection at times has much to be desired. On at least two occasions, it froze. One time, the moderator had to stop it. Also, in most of the webinar, his moth and the audio were off by, at times, 1-2 seconds. Very disconcerting. Also, when I asked a question, it came back as at the end or via email. However, after every polling question, we were reminded that this was interactive, so ask away and the presenter will answer them on the fly. He answered maybe two. Over 8 hours, that is not good. And this opinion comes from a national speaker, me.

This was another excellent course by Pat Garverick. He's very thorough, and very good at explaining the topic--including the nuances in certain areas--that sheds light allowing the participant to understand that topic. Thanks!
