I was a little disappointed to find this particular webinar was pre-recorded and focused on the 2019 tax filing year, as it is now January 2021 and we are entering the 2020 filing year. I was hoping for something more up-to-date.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Jacob always delivers great webinars; pertinent, good examples, easy to follow, good slides. However this one should be updated. All the material is great but the sound track appears to have been made in 2020 or 2021. The material is good and pertinent but it needs to be upgraded so there's no time references in the presentation.

The class was excellent. I don't currently work in tax accounting so the material wasn't relevant to many of my job responsibilities. However, the class taught me a lot.

The content was great for a beginner or novice . . . I probably needed to sign up for more in depth discussion on the topics I am more concerned about.

Chat was valuable because I lost internet for a short time period. I typed in chat what had happened in case I had missed a polling question. They actually responded with the question and I was able to send answer in via chat. Thank you!
