I've always appreciated the presenter for thinking deeper than the face of the issues since they are very valid points. It's always good for tax professionals to not think of issues simplistically while keeping minds open for all potential issues or aspects. I've learned a lot from him.

Material was too generalized. Not enough in-depth knowledge. Really just a survey course. Would not recommend.
