My only objection is i swear some things were said 2-3 times which maybe the beginners need, but i am more just the facts as i have a lot of work to do. Made time for the webinar due to changes affecting 2020. Overall good... just too slow paced to my liking.... but i know there are newbies....

enjoyed the OnDemand feature, lets you log back on exactly where you left off. the handout forms are also very helpful for taking notes. really recommend this way of learning. thanks

I took this webinar to fulfill my mandatory ethics hours, but I appreciated that the instructor made a topic that could be boring into something interesting and engaging! After this webinar, I feel more confident that I am abiding by the laws and regulations that apply to my role.
