He always explains everything in clear, concise and simple terms, and breaks down complex issues into easy-to-understand parts. I find Mr. Jason I found to be a very effective presenter. He went at a pace that was comfortable and clearly explained his slides making the subject matter understandable. This course was very informative since the rules are changing constantly. I appreciated that unknown rulings were also pointed out as I keep questioning myself.

The content was a good summary, but one cannot cover such a vast subject matter in depth in o90 minutes. The instructor spoke clearly and addressed all of the questions. I thoroughly enjoyed the webinar.
I especially liked the conformation that the back door Roth IRA applies to the total of ones retirement plans. So many financial planners are not well versed on this issue.

This was my first CPE webinar with MyCPE and I think I chose a great class to start with. I am firm believer that many companies will fall behind due to their lack of customer/technology experience and this class did a great job exploring client centric habits to build the CPA firm of tomorrow.
