I have attended more Circular 230 seminars / webinars than I can recall, Jason Dinesen is by far the most knowledgeable speaker on this topic that I have encountered.

I took this class to fulfill an ethics requirement even though it doesn't necessarily pertain to my job. However I have worked in tax before so I find it interesting. And I am SO SICK of CPEs going through the droll of Auditor independence!! There are not enough ethics CPE that are both applicable and interesting to Controllers. However, I have found the CPE on MyCPE to be a lot more interesting and have a lot more options than other providers. Thanks for that!

This was an excellent course that provided a good overview of the dos, don'ts, and various requirements of Circular 230. The hand-out is something I will keep and review again when time allows.
