Coverage across the major business processes. Many great examples across the many processes, including the deeper dives. Focus tended to be more on smaller/moderate organizations than large organizations (e.g., directly received vs. received in lock boxes). Headers on some of the slides started out specific, then got very basic even though the presentation continued to call out specific individuals.
