This was a good refresher course on the importance of documentation. We are consistently taking notes and referring back to them . Also have proper documentation allows the reader to understand processes and to see any inadequate internal controls. This was a very good course.

This was one of the best on demand I've taken. I'm familiar with the topics, however I was looking for some easy to digest refresh on the importance of documentation to pass it down to my team as it is a topic that I see younger generations struggles to understand. Not only the content was easy to suggest but also the examples and pace of the explanation where adequate.
