This is certainly a very complex topic, which requires strong knowledge and experience. Mr. Dombrowski was certainly both of those. It will serve as a very good source of reference. I was surprised about all the details and proof that will have to be proven. And the time that it takes for the IRS to come to a conclusion is more lengthy than many other determinations. The handouts are very valuable for that reference.
