This is a relative dry subject and not really something I have had to deal with I think it would be more useful to a CPA who deals with larger employers or governmental employers.

Good course when you need try to gain a basic level of financial statement analysis.

I did not get much from the class. Instructor was not engaging and basically read his material.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and provided excellent internal control suggestions. He also has an in-depth understanding of SOX history and requirements. As a suggestion, the course consolidates four different SOX trainings, which results in some repetitive slides and presentations. I recommend eliminating those repetitive elements to improve the overall flow of the course..
