This was my first webinar with myCPE and I thought it went really well. I enjoyed the format, the polling question prompts, the topic, and the instructor. It makes me feel more knowledgeable for my job and look forward to more webinars and courses.

Leaning from experience is best and I felt that I learned a lot of the issues that may arise from information that I barely considered issues from this video. I always like lending a helping hand but now I see the confusion that may arise and the dangers for myself by talking about certain topics.
