I think I came into this class without the required pre-requisites. I feel like the instructor expected greater knowledge up front and just jumped right into examples without learning the basics first. Could be my fault.

I have taken AFSP Ethics courses dealing with Circular 230 for the past several years. This is the best course on this subject I have taken. The instructor knew the material, gave excellent examples based on his experience, and made it relevant to small tax preparers such as myself! Excellent course!
