Overall there was great information shared in the webcast. The instructor gave good examples and explanations. The handout materials could be improved with more information as content.

too many mistakes in the questions. for example one question asked about section 6695 and provided answers for section 6694; Another question asks about omissions and the answers all contained the word admissions. Penalty maximums need to be updated in the questions. and answers

I thought the course and content was relevant to what I hoped to accomplish. However, there was considerable information on the exam that was not either covered in the content or made available. None of the questions about penalties were made clear and I had to do independent research to obtain the information to complete the test and one question in particular I was never able to find the answer.
