Great content. Seemed like a very knowledgeable instructor; however, I would note that there were numerous long, weird, awkward pauses. Besides that, it was a good class.

There were many pause moments during the webinar - very strange. The information was informative but I think the presenter spent too much time on other pieces and had only enough time to speak to some of the attachments.
