This webinar was a good introduction or refresher on Circular 230 compliance for tax practitioners. While the session covered the basics effectively, it could benefit from more detailed analysis and better audience engagement. It was worth attending for a high-level understanding but might leave more experienced professionals looking for deeper insights.

I was unfamiliar with many of the terms used during this class. That increased my level of confusion when the instructor would pause, then correct a previous statement. I was still processing the original statement, then would have to backtrack the video to catch what the correction was. I felt some statements were a bit unclear.
