I'm not sure I am comfortable with instructors knowledge of the material or C-corps. He indicated that "most C-Corps pay no taxes, we can usually get rid of income taxes with tax strategies". My experience, I disagree, Other than some new Corps that generated losses many of the Corps I have done did pay taxes. There were other things as well, that led me to believe he didn't really understand the rules. I also found his attempt to write on the materials were time waisting. I do like it when someone does provide some clarity by writing things down to show calculations, however, it would have been better to just show this in the material. He seemed to struggle to write with a stylus and actually mentioned it. It became very annoying and a waste of time since it took him so much time to write things out.
