I especially liked the instructors personal experiences concerning state pass through filings, basis computations without complete records, understanding the partnership agreement, working with the IRS, etc. I'm not a tax preparer but I've worked with pass-through (S Corps, LLCs) entities for 30+ years and his insights about items not to forget to address are spot on.

I enjoyed the specific examples and cases presented as well as the first hand knowledge of how the IRS handled complaints. The only drawback was that the speaker would occasionally mumble or drop off in volume, make it hard to follow.
