The instructor kept pausing in the middle of sentences and on some of the pauses you could hear him clicking his phone (sounded like he was texting) before he would start talking again. I found it very distracting and rude.

Very informative!
I had no idea there was so many ways I could put my career in danger via social media, I will be extra careful of what I post, share, and comment. When speaking about client succes stories I will be very careful in not giving away any details of the clients life.
