I like the way myCPE does the classes with the quiz at the end to see what I have retained. Handouts are concise which I also like. I like the instructors.

The the instructor is knowledgeable and the course was well received; however, it’s impossible to read the charts that the instructors drawn on the slides. Please offer the instructors iPads and pencils so that their white-boarding is legible for participants.

The issue i'm having with all courses are the downloadable materials. The course itself is fine, but the key terms handout doesn't download as a normal PDF, and the search function on the main handout doesn't work well - not sure what program was used to create the handouts but this would be a good thing to change in future years. For study purposes it worked well, but I like having these handouts for easy reference when needed during tax season - the ones from Gleim worked seamlessly, these won't be as easy.
