THE WEBINAR SUBJECT MATTER AND INSTRUCTOR WERE EXCELLENT.
GB
Overall the information is very very good. It would be helpful if the slides could be updated to include the information and examples Nick is scribbling on the screen.
DG
I enjoy presentations from this presenter. He goes at a good pace and presents issues well. In this course. It would have been nice to have had more of the discussion in the outline.
DW
Enjoyed the class a lot. Though the final quiz questions I believe could be better as I can see multiple answers being possible in a few questions, though I couldn't be sure which mistakes would be more common.

Understanding 1120S form for filing the tax returns are important for a Tax Preparer. This webinar explains really well the common mistakes done in the preparation of the Tax reruns for S-Corp and shows how to avoid the mistakes.
MM
this is my first cpe with this instructor. he speaks a bit too quickly at times but I really like his depth of knowledge and pace. he touches on advanced topics with enough information to understand without getting sidetracked.
SD
Great lesson on the initial steps to take when assisting a client with an IRS notice. The presenter did a great job explaining the differences in notice types and the typical response process with them.
