My overall experience with myCPE is good. The exam for this course; however, touched on things that were not in the presentation.

A comprehensive course covering pass-through entity taxation, income allocations, deductions, compliance, and strategic tax planning considerations. Helpful for understanding entity structures, tax elections, and planning opportunities for partnerships, LLCs, and S Corporations.

I especially liked the instructors personal experiences concerning state pass through filings, basis computations without complete records, understanding the partnership agreement, working with the IRS, etc. I'm not a tax preparer but I've worked with pass-through (S Corps, LLCs) entities for 30+ years and his insights about items not to forget to address are spot on.
