Very good webinar overall, especially appreciated the explanations and review of the topic conducted by the presenter. The only drawback was the handwritten notes and numbers were hard to read at times!
VV
A practical overview of Form 4797, covering the reporting of business property sales, Section 1231 transactions, depreciation recapture, and special asset classifications to help tax professionals accurately report gains and losse
EC
Love taking the classes that Nicholas teaches -- he provides actual stories along with the information to make the presentation easier to follow. Also like that he shows us the actual forms and how the information flows through them.
RK
Very informative and you covered a lot of information in a short period of time. I thought there was a little extra time spent on the IRC 1244 Stock. In 22 years of preparing taxes I have never had this come up with a client. I thought the illustration of how to complete the Form 3115 was very helpful.

The webinar was a good use of my time. The presenter should use less ChatGPT.

Instructor was very good. I was expecting a course on State Sales Taxes, but it turned out to me more on State Income Taxes.
AS
This was a helpful overview for those of us new to nexus implications. I only wish the handout had more examples to follow so as to help tie the concepts together.
