My overall experience with the Forms K-2 and K-3 learning module was very positive. The content was presented in a structured, easy-to-understand format that clarified a complex area of U.S. international tax compliance.

When the K2 and K3 forms started being issued, updates had to be made to software in a hurry to accommodate this. This is a good but tedious review. IRS definitely looked closer at the 1065 forms this year. As always, good review of information.
