Mr. Preusch is an exceptionally knowledgeable instructor. It is always valuable to get his take on more difficult topics. He added a lot with regard to reconciling book to tax differences by using M-1 and M-3 to add practical technique and lessons learned. Outstanding and well worth the time!

THE WEBINAR SUBJECT MATTER WAS EXCELLENT BUT MORE DETAIL WAS REQUIRED BUT NOT POSSIBLE FOR A ONE HOUR COURSE. THEREFORE, I WOULD RATE THE COURSE AS VERY GOOD.
