I found the communication class to be highly valuable and engaging. The sessions were well-structured, with a good balance of theory and practical application. I particularly appreciated how the instructor emphasized the importance of active listening, clarity in messaging, and understanding non-verbal cues. The interactive activities, such as role-playing and group discussions, helped reinforce key concepts and gave us opportunities to practice in real-time. Additionally, the use of real-world scenarios made the learning relevant and applicable to both professional and personal situations. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more personalized feedback during activities to help participants identify specific strengths and areas for growth. More case studies or examples from diverse industries could also broaden the perspective for learners from different backgrounds. The video mostly read off the slides which can be done without hearing the speaker. I believe more examples of actual events that could take place would be helpful. Not just reading the text.
