I would rate this course as excellent and highly practical. It provided a solid foundation in effective workplace communication, including verbal, non-verbal, and written skills. I especially appreciated the focus on understanding your audience, using tools like stakeholder analysis, and applying Aristotle’s Three Appeals (Logos, Ethos, Pathos) for persuasive messaging. The insights from Sam Kaner on facilitation and the principle that “The meaning of the communication is the response you get” were particularly eye-opening. Overall, the course helped me become a more thoughtful, impactful, and strategic communicator.
