This was by far the best EA ethics class in my almost 30 years as an EA It was too much info for the two hours. It could have been broken into the segments of Circular 230 with tax court cases supporting some of the rules.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ethics application using real life case studies! It helps put things into perspective as to how easily people can slip into unethical behavior. A great webinar, impressive speaker, interesting subject, and engaging delivery method. myCPE 1 Credit = 1 meal initiative helps us in becoming ethically and morally responsible.

I thouroughly enjoyed your presentation today.. I enjoy hearing updates to the employement tax subject. I was part of a group that conducted employment tax interviews wtih various busineeses in the early 1990's. It eventually dissolved but enjoyed hearing some of the updates to the program

The best part of the webinar was that it included latest updates on FORM 1099 NEC. myCPE and Jason were quick to deliver webinar on these updates which is highly appreciable. The webinar was up to date and very informative.

I rarely write testimonials but I felt compelled to write this one. Brian was an amazing instructor! Very knowledgeable, engaging and kept my attention the entire time with RELEVANT information. I immediately called two of my friends with children in elementary school, sent them the link provided in the webinar and told them to sign up for a 529 Plan ASAP! This is a great topic for CPAs with young children, not just for their clients.

This was my first webinar with myCPE and I will certainly be coming back for more!! I really liked the fact that the presenter was a professional and the way he explained new laws, was in a way that everyone can understand. The material before hand was perfect because it allowed you to review the material before hand. I also like the fact that there are questions throughout the PowerPoint. It really keeps you on your toes during the presentation!

This was fantastic! I look forward to more tax-shelter discussions and similar. Tax and retirement planning is a strong personal interest of mine (and I've passed all four section of the CPA exam), and this session was exactly what I had hoped it would be! Tax is not a part of day-to-day finance responsibility at work, though, which is why the "in my job" ratings are neutral. I will use this info personally, but not as part of my at-work role.

The instructor provided a plethora of updated knowledge that will assist me with 2020 tax preparation and questions to ask, for my small business clients. Very glad to have had the opportunity to take this timely course.
